Ro’ya Petro Services Inc., is a Libyan Company registered with the NOC, that has been operating in Libya since 2011. The Company license with the Ministry of Economy is 4031176, Commercial Registry 31176, Tax ID number 11318, and Chamber of Commerce registration 31176.
In 2017, Ro’ya opened a separate international division in London, U.K. under the license name, Ro’ya Petro Services Limited  (Company number: 109635345). This division manages our Consortium  and brings together some of the region’s top HSE and Petroleum Services Companies, to provide our clients with full range of HSE and Environmental services. The Consortium is organized under a Memorandum of Association and overseen by our Senior Group Coordinator, Roy Coleman of Wild Berry Enterprises Ltd.

 EPIQ-Petroleum Ecology Services
